Choreographer, coach, and founder of Team Atlantic — the first student‑choreography‑based competition and performance dance team on the East Coast.

Allison has spent her career in the studio and on stage — training in contemporary, jazz, ballet, and lyrical, and developing a distinct choreographic voice that has earned recognition across regional and national competitions.
​
In 2024, she launched Team Atlantic with a bold idea: build a team where dancers aren't just performers, but co‑creators. Where routines are shaped by the dancers themselves alongside their director, and every performance carries a piece of the artist who danced it.
​
Today, she personally hand‑selects each Team Atlantic dancer — scouting at competitions, welcoming nominations from alumni, and building a roster defined by musicality, technique, stage presence, and heart.
